Antonio's Practice Journal (maybe?)

So, clearly, I'm not much into journaling. I do have a kind of hunger to talk about it but for some reason that doesn't get expressed in this way.

I've reflected that the main purpose of a practice journal is, perhaps, to help keep the momentum going. Fortunately, I've had no shortage of momentum, so I'm going to declare: it's OK for me not to journal. OK?
