Thanks Dusko. I had frankly forgotten about this thread for my private practice log.

Had a hard day at work. It’s very cold today working in the Meat Division. As it’s meat they need to keep the temperature very low in the huge refrigerator. 8 hours in that cold ain’t fun. Lots of lifting, lots of walking and standing … I’m so stiff and so tired now.

Let me tell ya! There is no way I could do full on Noting if I was to work full time on this job and then have kids activities in the weekend … not easy.

Best I could come up with is just sit and rest. Whatever is noticed fine , whatever not noticed fine. Basically just sit with that tiredness for the sake of that tiredness. Sit with the self-pity which might arise. Sit with that sleepiness , just let it be that very tiredness without fighting it.

This could be a very good practice in its own right. 30 min before bed time. Just sit and be tired. Totally allowed as long the spine is kept straight.

Just rumbling :D sorry!

Are you journaling on Tom’s thread? That’s very funny. I had a good chuckle, thanks.
