Not getting email notifications anymore

I realized a few weeks ago that I'm no longer getting email notifications for any threads on my watch list. I've tried to uncheck and re-check the "email me updates" in the watch list, and also on some of the thread pages themselves, to no avail.

Is there some magic setting I've managed to turn off somewhere that globally prevents email updates?

I don't know, but now that you mention it I don't get them anymore either. This problem has come up before and had something to do with the site itself, if I remember correctly. It eventually just started working again though. Fingers crossed.
