Spontaneously awoke at 0250. Sat. Counted the breaths, 1 - 10, and stayed with it for the session. Felt it easier to not get caught up in the contect, to let it pass by. Watched it from a distance. Felt clear and lucid for the session. Cold upper body, warm lower. Felt intense itches on L/forearm, and both lower eyes. Felt tingling at base of spine towards end of session. Stopped when it felt like enough.

Cheers. Had Firefox No-Script issues with Verify phase. Switched to MSIE, and got the job done. Rgds, G
