Who are you? was created by JohnFerguson.
As I live and act in the world, the drama of my own inner life often takes center stage, stealing the spotlight from those that surround me. Rarely do I interact with real people, for how can they be real if they are merely characters in my play? They come and go, say their lines; they act sad, or angry, happy, or afraid. Sometimes they do things I like, other times they do things I don't like. As the scenes change, the only thing that remains constant is that this will always be my play, my story, and how all of these characters act should be decided by me. For I am the main character in this great drama and all others must never forget that.
And yet all it takes to break through this thick curtain of ignorance is an openness and a willingness to let others in. Simply look at someone, really look, allow yourself to see them and ask the question, "Who are you?" Then, listen.
